Shipping & Handling

Once an order is received it will be shipped within 7 days, unless otherwise notified. All shipping will come out of Hawaii, so please allow for appropriate delays. To cut down on waste, all purchases will most likely be mailed in previously used packaging. Shipping & Handling charges are listed in the table below.

Return Policy

Bone's Bags aims to please. If upon receipt of your purchase you notice a serious defect in the    item(s) please contact Bone's Bags within twenty (20) days of shipping to discuss an exchange or refund.

All items are handmade at Bone's Bags, and therefore lack machine precision. While your purchase will function as it ought to, it may have a minor discrepancy in appearance. Please excuse this as "handmade charm."
